There may be missing or incorrect payment information. Please go to "My Profile" and select the "Payment Method" tab, if there is a place where you can upload a form of identification or enter your social security number, please do so. If not, that means that you have already uploaded some sort of government-issued identification.
The system will notify you that action is needed on your “Payment Information” page by posting a yellow band on the homepage of your Dashboard.
An example of a yellow band on the homepage of your Dashboard is given below. Please bear in mind that the yellow band error that you get about your "Payment Information" will be different and act accordingly to it.
