How do I stop a payment for inaccurate hours?

Go to "My Dashboard". Click on "Lessons & Earnings". Scroll down and you'll see your lessons.

The refund button will be activated once the payment has been processed. If you need to stop payment before it's processed call the tutor experience line: 855-661-3688.

Simply click on the refund button and it shall be processed. You can write a reason for the refund prior to clicking confirm. Once the refund has been successful, you will see that it is greyed out like in the image below.

Immediately, after clicking on refund, you will notice a new notification. It will state that the refund is being processed.
