If you didn't get a "Successful" message when you submitted your profile, then you don't have a login yet.
Please select "Become a Tutor" from the same electronic device you used to create your profile and it should have saved all your information. If your profile details are missing you'll need to fill it out again. For more information about the application, you can refer to our article:

Do not create your profile from a tablet. You can only successfully submit your information from a desktop, laptop, or smartphone. HeyTutor doesn't work on a tablet.
