I have successfully signed up for a tutor but it is not recognizing my email?

It is highly possible that you misspelled your email which is why it won't recognize your login information. If you didn't receive an email after successful signup process, please contact our support via:

How do you know whether you successfully completed the signup process? You will see the message "Congratulations" at the end of the signup process. See below image.
