If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service after the initial session, please call us and we’ll assign you a different tutor and not charge you for that one (1) hour session.
Following the initial 1 hour session with the 2nd tutoring match, if you remain dissatisfied, we will issue you a full refund of all hours purchased. Unused, pre-paid tutoring hours never expire and can be used for any tutor and subject. Free hours have no cash value.

These people stole my money, Don't trust them. They don't pay the tutors either, keep telling you they'll refund the money but never do. I've been waiting months and they never sent me back my money.
