How do I reactivate my profile if it's on hold or deleted?

The Tutor Experience team will be able to change the status of your profile.

Please send an email to info@heytutor.com with your request. 

If your profile has been deleted, you will need to submit a new profile. On HeyTutor, select Become a Tutor and follow the steps.
