If you are experiencing issues with the Online Classroom, make sure that you are using CHROME as your browser and ideally your operating system is newer than 2015.
You cannot access the online classroom through a tablet or cellphone; you must use a laptop or desktop! If your software is up to date and you are still having issues, please take a screenshot of the problem and send it to info@heytutor.com.

If you need an immediate fix because you are in the middle of a lesson with a student, please use alternate forms of video chat such as Zoom.com, Google Hangouts, Skype.com, and similar.
