We’ve released a new in-platform feature (K–12 Math and ELA) that directs tutors to use standardized, AI-generated Practice Activities when students need more support with content before moving into the Master portion of lessons. ![]()
What’s new:
Tutors now see a quick pop-up asking whether students are confident or could benefit from a little more practice before moving into Master.
If they request more practice, students receive an age-appropriate notification and are launched into a no-prep, 10–15 minute Practice Activity.
Each activity includes tutor-facing guidance, student-facing questions, and ELL-friendly supports.
Tutors will also provide quick feedback on whether they used the activity and how it went, helping us continuously refine quality.
Why it matters: ![]()
This gives tutors a fast, low-lift way to reinforce skills, boost mastery, and keep momentum strong during session time—especially when a group needs just one more rep to solidify understanding. It also continues to position our platform alongside top-tier instructional models by offering on-demand, AI-generated practice built directly into the lesson flow. This addition strengthens instructional consistency, reduces tutor burden, and helps ensure every student receives targeted, high-quality reinforcement at exactly the right moment.
