How should the school inform the tutors in the event that the school will be closed? – HeyTutor

If the school will be closed for any reason and will not require the tutors to be on campus (closure due to weather conditions, developmental days, half days, etc.) the school should let the tutors know in advance (sharing a master calendar on their first day is a good idea) and also notify HeyTutor by commenting on the tutor sheet and @ commenting the HeyTutor District Matching representative on the tutor sheet.
