After creating my HeyTutor account, my page shows that I'm still being assigned to a local district. How can this be fixed if I've already been assigned to a district?

If you are receiving the notice that you're still being assigned to a local district, this means our team is still in the process of getting your account set up. You will receive access to the district dashboard once you have received the confirmation email from our team for your start date. 

If you have received confirmation for your start date already and you still don't have access, please reach out to us at tutorsupport@heytutor.com so that we can assist you further.
