I'm trying to login to my HeyTutor account but I'm receiving an error that the "The Credentials Do Not Match Our Records". How can I log in?

If you are receiving this error message that means the email that you are trying to use is not associated with an account in our system. Please verify that you have gone through the process of creating your HeyTutor profile and that your account has submitted.
